7v7 Outdoor Leagues

Adult Co-ed, Men's Competitive, Men's Recreational, High School

The adult 7v7 leagues consist of  sessions

  • Session 1 - April 7th - May 19th
  • Session 2 - June & July
  • Session 3 - August, September, October
  • Registration will be online (contact Jackie for assistance) (All teams must be paid in advance prior to scheduling) administrator@capitalsoccer.com or 402-464-5425 
  • Must be registered by 06/01 for session 2

  • League Fees
  • $450.00 per team for one session  +3% credit card processing fee


Game Days/Times

  • Sunday Afternoons at Abbott Sports Complex


***There will be absolutely NO reschedules for any games so please plan accordingly with your team***

 1st practice for U7 and U8 Fall teams  09/03/2013
 1st game for Micro, U7 and U8 players 09/08/2013
 U9 and U10 Registration Deadline 07/05/2013
 1st practice for U9 and U10 teams Late July TBA
 1st game U9 and U10 teams to be determined by Ensa - www.ensa.us  Mid August
 Tryout  Open Opportunity for U11-U13 per Nebraska State Soccer for all soccer clubs  06/17 - 06/20
 Tryout Open Opportunity for U14-U18 per Nebraska State Soccer for all soccer clubs  06/26 - 06/28 
 Meet and Greet for U11-U13 players (opportunity for potential players to meet all CSA staff and board members, and pre-register for tryouts  06/17 6:30-8:00 pm at the Abbott Tennis Center
 Meet and Greet for U14-U18 players (opportunity for potential players to meet all CSA staff and board members, and pre-register for tryouts  06/26 6:30-8:00 pm at the Abbott Tennis Center
 Tryout dates for all clubs U11-U18 (it is illegal to have tryouts prior to these dates)  06/29 - 07/02 (see 2013 Select Tryouts for time listings)
 Offers can be made and accepted  07/03 beginning at 10:00 am
 Registrations accepted to hold your spot on a select team  07/03 10:00 am -6:30 pm at the Abbott Tennis Center
