Youth Soccer

(kids born betwen 08/01/1999  & 07/31/2003)

Our U7 and U8 soccer program helps young players further develop their individual skills while introducing some of the basic principles of play. They will meet with their coach and together train with Coach Marty Everding and/or his staff once a week and play games once a week on Saturdays. U7 and U8 are 4v4 with no goalkeepers. . Our format for Saturday games is somewhat unique and a way we want to continue doing business; Coach Everding and/or one of his staff serve as both referee and Coach for both teams, calling fouls, encouraging and stopping play occasionally to make a coaching point.  Our next session will be the spring and begin on 04/10/2010 and run for six weeks through 05/16/2010.  We will also be offering camp indoors at Bison Sports Complex during school break  in March. All games and training sessions will be held at Abbott Soccer Complex located just north of 70th & Cornhusker.  The cost to play in this league is $95.00 and includes 2 dicount value packages that you can either keep for yourself or sell for $20.00 each.  To print and mail a copy of our current registration please click here.

U9's & /U10's traveling league will train with Coach Everding and/or his staff. U9's and U10's will likely have an additional practice each week with their head coach, and those dates will be determined after the teams are formed by the coach. Games are scheduled through the ENSA league.  About 50-60% of the games are played in Lincoln with the remainding games being played in surrounding communities.  League play begins early March 2010. Please call the office if you would like to participate on a traveling team to see if there are any openings.
