No matter what the level, we have a camp suited perfect for your player!

 

The Keeper/Striker camp will teach players specific, individual training with a focus on variety of techniques in and around the attacking third. They will then be put into scenario training and small sided games.

 

Strikers/forwards will focus on a variety of components required in the modern game:

• finding & exploiting space

• playing with back to goal

• first touch away from pressure

• shooting & finishing outside/inside the box

• heading

• penalties

 

Goalkeepers will work on all aspects of the modern goalkeeper including:

• angled and close-range shot stopping

• cross/space management

• 1v1 situations

• distribution

 

Goalkeepers will start every session with a 30 minute goalkeeper specific practice, leading into competitive game-like scenario training. The last 30 minutes of camp will include a goal keeper vs. forward challenge course, which allows players in both positions to pit themselves against each other.

• Session 1: 9:00 am-10:15am

• Session 2: 1:00 pm-2:15pm

 

2012 - 2005 Birth Years (U12-U19)

• Session 1: 10:30 am -11:45 am

• Session 2: 2:30 pm- 3:45 pm

Cost: $75; you do have the option of attending a single session for $37.50.
