Sporting Nebraska FC soccer development programs offer opportunities for players at all levels. As a player ages up, their soccer pathway can go into a couple directions. These pathways are fluid and provide a player areas to grow and develop into their natural process.

Recreational Youth Soccer - U4-U19
This program runs from age 3-18 years. It is the starting point for all players at our youngest age. Base is for players that enjoy the game of soccer at a fun, slightly competitive level. Coaches will be volunteers. Teams will create their own names, train one time a week during the fall and spring, and play one time a week in a local (Nebraska) league.

Academy Program - U8-U10
The Academy Program is the start to the SNFC competitive soccer. The program is for ages U8-U10 (7-10 years old) and is designed for players that are ready for a more competitive pathway. The Academy is run and coached by licensed, paid coaches in both Omaha and Lincoln. Players will train two times per week and play one game per week during the fall and spring. Academy teams also train one time per week indoors during the winter season. These teams will also play in local tournaments with some opportunity to play out of town. The Academy Program will prepare players for Level 2 tryouts. The SNFC Academy has 2-3 teams at each age group and gender.

Competitive Program - U11-U19
The Competitive Program runs from ages U11-U19 and is coached by licensed, paid coaches. Players in the Competitive Program will train two times per week and have 1-2 games per week during the fall and spring. They will also train 1-2 times each week indoors during the winter season. Teams will travel to tournaments both in and out of state. This program is geared for players looking to play at a higher level, with aspirations to continue playing at the collegiate level. The Competitive Program has 1-2 teams at each age group.

ECNL Boy's National - U13-U19
The ECNL Program is an extension of the SNFC Competitive Program for ages U13-U19. Our ECNL coaches all hold national licenses and are a paid coaching staff. This is geared for players wanting to play at a collegiate level and potentially beyond. Teams will train three times per week during the fall and spring seasons and 1-2 times each week during the winter. Teams will play in local, regional, and national events and leagues. Our ECNL Teams will play in the ECNL National and Regional Leagues. Our college recruiting staff will work with players and collegiate coaches for next level play.

Girls Academy - U13-U19

The Girls Academy is an extension of the SNFC Competitive Program for ages U13-U19. Our GA coaches all hold national licenses and are a paid coaching staff. This is geared for players wanting to play at a collegiate level and potentially beyond. Teams will train three times per week during the fall and spring seasons and 1-2 times each week during the winter. Teams will play in local, regional, and national events and leagues. Our GA Teams will play in the GA National League. Our college recruiting staff will work with players and collegiate coaches for next level play.
